1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Noctis Cloud services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Domain Usage Policy

Domains purchased must be used for SA-MP/Open.MP servers only. Prohibited uses include illegal activities, gambling, or any content violating Sri Lankan law.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once domain is activated. If domain is not approved within 7 days, full refund will be issued.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice. Domain names remain your property.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts violating these terms. You may cancel your account anytime by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Noctis Cloud is not liable for any damages arising from service use. Maximum liability is limited to amount paid for services.
